Booking Tips for New Clients: When booking your first visit, please book 2-3 follow-up appointments around one week apart. This will help secure times that work for you and give us a good foundation for your care. We can always adjust the schedule after your initial appointment if needed.

Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full appointment fee. If you cannot make it in person, we are happy to change the appointment to an online appointment.

Waitlist: Can’t find an appointment that fits your schedule? Add yourself to the waitlist using our online booking system, and we’ll let you know as soon as a spot becomes available. Please remember to update your availability and extend the dates so you get the most up to date appointment notifications.

This complimentary 10 minute call is the perfect option if you are interested in booking an appointment but are not sure what type of treatment is best for you. Our team are happy to help with any questions you may have.

Physiotherapy
*Our schedules fill in advance, please pre book 1-2 follow up visits when booking your initial to make sure there is not a long gap between these appointments* We use a whole body approach to assessment and treatment in order to uncover and treat the cause of your issue not just the symptoms. You will have one on one direct care for the entire appointment. The Initial appointment will cover history taking, a full in depth physical assessment and treatment planning. During subsequent appointments, ongoing assessment will be carried out and appropriate treatments discussed and provided with consent.
Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy
*Our schedules fill in advance, please pre book 1-2 follow up visits when booking your initial to make sure there is not a long gap between these appointments* Our physiotherapists are specifically trained and licensed to explore the cause of many pelvic symptoms like pain with sex, pelvic pain, pelvic pressure or prolapse, leaking, menopausal symptoms and diastasis recti using a whole body assessment and treatment approach. We can also support you throughout the entire peri-natal period including your postpartum rehabilitation. During the initial appointment, an in depth history will be taken and goals discussed. Your physiotherapist will fully discuss the process of any assessment with you and your wishes will always be respected.
Online Physiotherapy
*Our schedules fill in advance, please pre book 1-2 follow up visits when booking your initial to make sure there is not a long gap between these appointments* A one on one physiotherapy session provided over secure video conferencing for assessment, exercise prescription and movement progression, monitoring and information/education. All patients will be communicated with about the suitability of this type of appointment for your current needs.

Clinical Pilates
**PLEASE NOTE** These sessions are physiotherapist led and for existing clients or for new clients who have attended an Initial Clinical Pilates Physiotherapy visit. Sessions combine traditional physiotherapy treatment with movement therapy and pilates principles of alignment, breathing, deep abdominal connection and foot placement. You will leave feeling more connected, aligned and aware of your movements. You will receive a physiotherapy receipt for these sessions and they are billed to extended health as physiotherapy. Yoga

This personalized therapeutic modality is designed to help you reach your physical, mental and/or emotional goals. Blending Western psychology and anatomy with ancient yogic techniques and philosophies, it is a client-led holistic modality that empowers you to take an active role in your healing. Therapeutic Yoga can be used as a complementary approach to support individuals with various health concerns. Whether you are wanting to improve your mobility and posture, managing chronic pain, or supporting yourself through anxiety or depression, Therapeutic Yoga may benefit you physically, mentally and emotionally.
